How do they know who its from?

We do not include a name of sender on our orders. If you wish to let the recipient know who the generous chocolate giver is you can do so by requesting a personalised gift card and we will hand write any message you wish into an appropriate card for the occasion, be it Birthday, Anniversary, bereavement or just to brighten someone's work day.. Simply write your message in the comments section on the checkout page and we will do the rest.  

When will they receive it?

We use CourierPost to deliver our chocolates throughout New Zealand. All our chocolates are dispatched from us here in Wellington so "Local"is the Wellington region as far out as Wainuiomata, Upper Hutt and Plimmerton. CourierPost will offer us a "Targeted"delivery of Same Day (by end of Business) within the Wellington Region. But the service they "Guarantee"is next working day by 9am to Business address or by end of the next working day to Residential. With orders to outside of the Wellington, it is a "Targeted" time frame of Overnight delivery by 9am next working day to business and by end of next working day to residential however the Guarantee is for 1 day more than that, so within 2 days of being sent. Rural delivery is up to 3 working days.
In Short, we cannot offer an exact time of delivery and cannot promise to deliver on an exact date or at an exact time but we endeavour to work with CourierPost to make sure that all orders are delivered swiftly and promptly within a reasonable timeframe. 

Can I give courier instructions?

We write the address on an address label, simple instructions such as "up the driveway" or "go to the backdoor" we can write on the address label for the courier to read. But we cannot instruct them as to a specific delivery time.

What do the cards look like?

We have a range of greeting cards supplied to us by"Live Wires" and we cannot be certain of any particular design being available at all times. With the message that you provide, we choose a card that seems appropriate. All our cards are blank inside so you can be sure the only words will be the ones you provide.

Can I choose the chocolates?

You can certainly choose the chocolates to go in the gift box. Under Each Category you will find My Own Selection Box . Click on it and simply select your chocolates. You can browse the chocolate selection in our gallery for visual reference. Please note that some of our chocolates are available in Milk or Dark chocolate and you will need to specify which you would prefer. All chocolates are subject to availability and we will contact you by email if any of the chocolates are unavailable. 

Do you gift wrap?

We do not offer a gift wrapping service. All our gift boxes are sealed with a satin ribbon and you can specify the particular colour if you like, otherwise we use a black satin ribbon. (we have a range of colours and although we cannot necessarily provide the exact colour you choose we will use the closest match we can). You can choose to have the chocolates shipped in style if you would rather the chocolates arrived at their destination in our Bohemein branded wooden box rather than our standard cardboard shipping box. 

Can I order from outside NZ for delivery to an NZ address?

Although we do not deliver outside of New Zealand. we can accept an order from anywhere in the world provided all the necessary details and payments are provided. 

When can I collect my pick up order?

Your order for collection will be available at the nominated store for collection with 2 hours of you placing your order if placed before 4pm on a weekday otherwise it will be available for collection the following morning. You will be contacted by email when the order is ready to collect. Your order is subject to availability of stock within the store. You will be contacted by email if there are any delays or questions, so if someone else is collection the order please bear this in mind when providing contact details. 

I have changed my mind, can I get a refund please?

No refunds will be given for goods if you have simply changed your mind. So please choose carefully. However we will try to help you if we can.This will depend whether your Order has been sent, what type of product you ordered Etc. The best way to get this sorted is to give us a call and we will see what we can do. No promises 

Why does the courier cost so much?

We have chosen CourierPost for all our Shipping and are simply passing on the cost that we are up for. 

Do you deliver on Saturday and Sunday?

We do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday or Public holidays. However if you need to it is sometimes possible to collect your order from our Featherston Street Store on Saturdays or from our Hataitai Store on Saturdays and Sundays. Neither store is open on Public holidays. To arrange a weekend collection, you will need to contact the appropriate store prior to placing your online order to ensure it will be possible. Why are the online prices different from In store Prices?

The prices we can offer to our online customers differ to our in store prices as a reflection of our in store loyalty program. In store customers can collect loyalty stamps for every ten dollars spent in store and receive a complimentary gift box when 10 stamps have been collected. For our online customers we offer an instant rather than cumulative reward and have lowered the prices but do not offer loyalty stamps.

Our lower online prices are only available to customers who shop online and our loyalty stamps are only available to customers who shop in store.

What happens after I Place my order?

You will receive an email confirming successful payment of your order has been made if paying by credit card or, if you have opted for Internet Banking or BarterCard, an email with instructions on how to do so.
We will check through your order and make sure we can complete it.
If there are any issues with your order we will contact you by email.
For orders that are to be collected from one of our stores, an email will be sent to advise that it is ready for collection.
For delivery orders, an email will be sent to advise that the courier has collected the order for delivery, provide a estimated time/day of delivery and a tracking number to follow the delivery through the Courier Post system http://www.courierpost.co.nz/

Can I order novelties Online?

Sorry No, we do not offer our novelties at our online store. as our novelties are hollow and very fragile , we do not risk sending them anywhere and only have them available for purchase at our Hataitai or Featherston Street stores. If you wish to “Personalise” a novelty, such as ask for a message to be written on a Heart or for an entirely white chocolate or Dark chocolate novelty for example, you need to order these in advance. We ask that you come into the store to do so.
